Digital IQ: TRANSRUPTION: The successful strategy for digitizing companies (in German)

Sanjay Sauldie · January 21, 2022

Digital technologies have a significant impact on everyday life in business and in society. Companies cannot escape this change and are called upon to be mindful and pay attention to all essential elements of Digitalisation. If important aspects of the process of digitalisation are not taken into account in a company’s strategy, sudden and unexpected changes can occur, such as the demise of a company. We have experienced this in the past with Kodak or Quelle, for example. Other examples are Nokia and Neckermann. Such former giants of our economy have gone extinct almost overnight because they did not correctly identify the signs of the times and did not attach the necessary importance to the digital transformation. To ensure that this does not happen to you, we have developed TRANSRUPTION, with which you can select the technologies you need at an early stage in order to move forward.

Transruption is a strategy that does not focus on just one key technology but combines the individual components of Digitalisation in a new way. In a transruption workshop, you will find out which technologies make sense for you and how you can overtake all your competitors by combining them and thus emerge as a winner from digitalisation.

I developed the TRANSRUPTION® strategy during my studies at the MIT Management Sloan School, protected it as a trademark and already introduced it very successfully in many companies. I now work with corporations as well as politicians, with start-ups as well as universities and scientific institutes, small and medium-sized enterprises, associations, artists and the media in order to be able to provide holistic advice.
